I think some of you have read my first article: Wow.. Something is starting.. Wait for it… If not, I kindly ask you to read it…
As promised, I am explaining the name of my Niche and details. And why I chose this.
My niche is “Islam for The Christian”.
Maybe the topic “Islam for the Christian” is very surprising for many of you. You may wonder what this is actually about.
Let me briefly explain my starting point, intent, and aim.
What is my starting point?
It is Surat Al-Mā’idah (Chapter 5) of the Holy Quran, Verse 82.
“… and you will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers those who say, “We are Christians.” That is because among them are priests and monks and because they are not arrogant.”
Quran says the nearest of the people in affection to the believers (Muslims) are Christians.
(Holy Quran is Islam’s Holy Book. Muslims believe Quran is God’s words which are brought to Prophet Mohammad by Angel Gabriel/Cebrail (Holy Spirit))
What is the basis of this?
“Respect.”
The basis of this niche will be RESPECT…
Religion is a matter of “belief” that resides in the heart of every individual. Belief/faith of people is between their hearts and God.
From the beginning to the end, my approach to Christianity and other religions will be with respect.
For sure, I might falsify or criticize sometimes, while explaining Islam. But, still all I say will be in respect to other people’s belief.
In Istanbul (Kuzguncuk), you can see a church, a synagogue, and a mosque side by side. It shows how it is possible to live with respect, together with the people of 3 religions (and all other religions&beliefs).

What is my Aim?
I would like to let the Christians know about Islam’s belief and perspective.
I believe religion is far beyond people’s priority at the present time.
And Islam has been misunderstood substantially especially in the last two decades.
I am not more clever than anybody and I don’t say I know the best. My aim is just to LET YOU KNOW about Islam’s perspective. I will continue to do this despite the worst impressions of Muslims all over the world.
And I don’t aim to convert anybody to Islam. As I say, it is a matter of heart and no one can force and even convince another person to believe in something.
Do We Need This?
Think about the time Jesus (Peace be upon him-Pbuh) lived. Around 2 millenniums ago.
And think about the time Mohammad (Pbuh) lived. Around 14 centuries ago.
There were no communications that we have now. No internet, no tv, no radio, no telgraph 😊.
So, the message of the Messengers was reaching the people much much slower than today.
But today, we have instant access to all info.
In a nutshell, actually, no one needs my assistance to know Islam. Everybody who wonders about something can learn anything through the internet. And I am not more intelligent than any of you…
Still, I intend to explain Islam, simplify everything, and bring to your screen as smoothly as possible… That is what I intend.
So, I undertake an effort that requires mutual respect and desire by heart.
Outline:
In a few weeks, I will write an outline that will cover my published articles and also future articles. I will always keep this outline always updated.
Publication:
The Medium.com publication I started for the niche is Islam for the Christian. You can click to visit it. I intend to gather my articles in this publication and I won’t accept any other writers to this publication.
Criticism:
I am sure many Christians will criticize me because of what I wrote.
Also, many Muslims will criticize me.
But My basis will be Quran’s verses (and also Hadiths). I will try to explain as well as possible.
Faith seems on Decline:
I have seen many people, care less about “faith, God, religions, sins & good deeds” in recent years. Even though they are “people of the book”, they seem more deist, atheist, or never care afterlife and work only for this world.
